Returns from the Continental U.S,

We want you to love your items so if your shoes or bags don’t work out you can return within 30 days. Continental US returns are FREE. You have 30 days from the date we ship your item to submit a request to return your shoes. Shoes must be returned within 30 days of when your RMA was approved.

All socks are final sale and can not be ruturned.

All items must be returned in brand new condition, including the box. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. We cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. If you paid for expedited service, the amount paid will be deducted when your refund is processed.

Return paper work is straight forward! To initiate a return, look up your order below, or login if you placed an order with an account, select the order and submit your request. If your order qualifies for free returns a label will be emailed to you within 48 hours of submitting the paper work. To read more about how returns work, you can see the details here.

Returns from U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii

We do not offer free returns from US Territories. Alaska or Hawaii.  Returns can be made within 30 days from the date we ship your item, but you need to pay the shipping back to Ashbury Skies. I
