This along with a flexible bottom and buttery soft leather make our shoe extremely popular with women who value style and comfort.

Our design has fewer components than an average sneaker. Because BENDY is more simply made, sourced from the most sustainable materials available and made locally, BENDY has a lower carbon footprint.
Planet friendly
For us local matters. BENDY is made ethically in our home state of California. We can ensure that fair wages, safe working conditions and no child labor is used in making BENDY. We support a community of shoemakers in Los Angeles. We believe that how things are made should matter as much as making money.
Founders
Mary Sue and Caroline met in their first jobs after college. They both got their starts in the shoe industry at the same time and even though they went their separate ways for a while - they always stayed in touch. When 2017 rolled around, they decided to take their own shot at creating a shoe - their shoe. By that point, they had spent over 30 years in fashion and footwear and were both feeling increasingly uncomfortable with how most big brands shoes are made (and what they’re made of).
