We want you to love your shoes so they don’t work out you can return most purchases within 30 days. Continental US returns are FREE. You have 30 days from the date we ship your item to submit a request to return your shoes. Item must be returned within 30 days of when your RMA was approved. Returns are FREE for all continental US orders. All items must be returned in brand new condition, including the original shoe box, poly bag. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. We cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged items and these will be returned at your expense. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. If you paid for expedited service, the amount paid will be deducted when your refund is processed. Some sale shoes can be returned for store credit only.

You will be credited for the amount of item(s) returned in 3-5 business days from receipt into our distribution center.
If you change your mind after you have requested a return authorization: If you have not shipped the items yet, you can login to your account and click the Cancel link. This will cancel the return process.
We do not offer free returns from US Territories, Hawaii or Alaska. Returns can be made within 30 days from the date we ship your item, but you need to pay the shipping back to Ashbury Skies.

U.S. and International Exchanges
No Problem. Since many of our items sell out very fast and to ensure we still have your item and size in stock, simply place a new order then return the original order to us for a refund. If this is not workable, contact customer service.
